I haven't been doing well at self care at all. Eating like crap and I haven't been to the gym in a month. The twitter boycott has actually been good for me. Not quite as stressed. I think I'm going to plan a day away from twitter regularly and try ti get to the gym tommorrow.
I did the twitter boycott too. Logged in half an hour after midnight because I'm weak. Wondering if it did any good.
I didn't do the twitter boycott - I love the women I follow on there and hearing their voices, I don't want a day off that (although I did see the point).

That's the gorgeous thing about a boycott though. It makes people THINK. That's why I did it, at least.
